The Norwich Pumpkin Festival is celebrating 11 years of FREE family fun and entertainment year.  Bring your family and head to East and West Parks in downtown Norwich. Throughout the two-day event, East and West Parks will cast a spell of sights, sounds and smells of fall.  Live music, haunted houses, horse drawn wagon rides, pony rides, contests, clowns, food & craft vendors, various entertainers, fireworks, the YMCA Halloween Parade and plenty of food keeps the Festival exciting and entertaining for all.
